Dustless Hardwood Refinishing

Containment-sanding, repair, and a fresh finish, without coating the house in dust.

Before you replace a hardwood floor, let us take a look at refinishing it. Original oak hidden under decades of carpet is often in far better shape than homeowners expect, and bringing it back is usually a fraction of the cost of a full replacement, with a result that has a depth of character no new floor can fake.

The reason people dread refinishing is dust, and that is the part we solved. Our sanders connect to a sealed containment system that captures the fine dust at the source, so the grit does not end up on every shelf and inside every cabinet in the house. We repair localized damage and rotted boards, fill and blend, then lay down your choice of stain and a durable satin or matte finish.

We will always tell you honestly when a floor is too far gone to save. But more often than not, the answer is a weekend of work and a floor that looks better than the day it was laid.

Best suited for

  • Original floors under carpet
  • Scratched or dulled hardwood
